LEED Project Management
Draper Group staff members are LEED accredited professionals who have experience in leading projects on a general contracting and subcontractor level. Our team can help you achieve the rating you desire and keep your projects within budget goals.

We have developed programs that reduce time spent documenting credits, which reduces cost for our clients. We know which credits are the most cost effective for each style and type of project. We work closely with architectural firms to ensure that the building design and mechanical systems are the best use of available resources while being cost effective. We pride ourselves on our timely completion of the required documentation. We often help subcontractors in the documentation process for the betterment of the project and its team members.
