Construction Management
A management system in which Draper Group serves as our client's partner at
every stage of the project. We develop the schedules and estimates,
control the budget, provide value engineering options, and oversee the
completion of construction. Typically, Draper Group will serve as a
"constructor" or "agency" construction management firm.
As a "constructor" Draper Group will provide professional construction
management services, as well as hold all subcontractor agreements. This
arrangement allows Draper Group to provide single source professional
construction management throughout the entire project.
In an "agency" relationship, Draper Group will proactively manage the project on
the owner's behalf as each individual prime contractor would be contracted
directly with the owner.
Design Build
An integrated process
in which Draper Group is accountable for both design and construction. Draper
Group has the expertise to provide architecture, engineering, and CAD services
to design and construct your total facility solution. As a design/builder,
Draper Group serves the owner as the single-source of responsibility for the entire project.
General Contracting
A construction
method in which Draper Group provides professional field supervision and project
management throughout the duration of construction based on your architect's
plans. This traditional delivery method maximizes the benefits of
utilizing our self-performed filed capabilities. Draper Group serves the
owner as the single source of responsibility throughout the construction of your
project, managing all subcontractors and suppliers.
Self Performing Trades
Draper Group U.S.A. offers the added advantage of self-performing work
with our professionally trained and highly skilled carpenters. Our team of over
50 individuals enables Draper Group to self-perform these work
activities with full client knowledge and approval.
