Executive Management![]() DeCarto Draper DeCarto brings an extensive history of over 35 years of management experience. DeCarto oversees all areas of ongoing operations, accounting, and quality control on individual contracts of $15 million and programs with a total career project value of $300 million. ![]() Wes Jones With more than 45 years of construction and project management experience, Jones has been involved with projects form conception through closeout. His responsibilities include the management of the firm's business development efforts as well as the coordination of pre-construction, budgeting and estimating activities. |
Small Business Liason Our small business liason is an American Indian community advocate, businessman, lecturer and writer with 25 years of experience. He is a tribal member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, and is the Principal Owner/President of Enviro-Tech Services. His firm is a full service total facility solutions company offering general contracting, telecommunication installation, decontamination/remediation and cleaning services. PreConstruction & Estimating Our estimating staff has over 100 years of combined experience in engineering, estimating and project management and now specializes in pre-construction planning, estimating and project planning markets including civic/governmental, commercial and water treatment. They have successfully managed projects over $35 million in value. Project Management Our project manager has 18 years of experience in construction. He founded the largest masonry company in West Michigan with over $14 million in revenue and 135+ employees. He has experience in managing both prime general contracting as well as subcontracting projects throughout the eastern US with contracts in excess of $15 million. His largest projects have a total project value of over $100 million. |
